I’m a machine learning and computer vision specialist with a PhD focus on visual imitation and reinforcement learning for robotics. I have hands-on experience leading research projects, developing robust ML algorithms, and publishing in top conferences. Passionate about bridging research and industry, I’m eager to apply my expertise to real-world AI challenges in innovative teams.
I have several years of experience in machine learning, computer vision, and robotics, with a strong focus on both applied research and practical implementation. At the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), I focus on visual imitation and reinforcement learning for humanoid robots. Previously, at Fraunhofer IIS, I developed AI methods for autonomous driving and quantum computing, leading to multiple scientific publications.
My technical expertise includes modern deep learning frameworks, software development in Python and C++, and end-to-end execution of AI projects from concept to application.
I hold a Master of Science in Computer Science from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg, where I specialized in machine learning and computer vision, graduating with distinction. My master’s thesis focused on domain adaptation for drone detection using generative adversarial networks. I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same university, with a thesis on behavioral classification using time series data.
Currently, I am pursuing a PhD at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), concentrating on visual imitation and reinforcement learning for humanoid robots.
