At Kuehne + Nagel in Hamburg, I’ve led global BI initiatives for Sea Freight, designing and refining Tableau dashboards that deliver actionable insights across the organization. My approach combines technical precision with business intuition—developing proof-of-concept dashboards to sharpen user requirements and translating complex needs into scalable solutions.

One project I’m especially proud of involved revamping a long-standing market share dashboard. I identified a blind spot: it only tracked markets where we had a presence, overlooking those with zero share. By reframing the analysis to include these untapped markets as a KPI, I helped leadership shift from reactive tracking to proactive expansion planning—unlocking new growth opportunities.
