My eye for detail, sense for responsibility and experience in the medical department on cruise ships will support me in my mission to keep everyone healthy on board.

I am a Molecular Medicine graduate and focused on human genetics, particularly rare congenital disorders during my thesis project. During the pandemic, I wanted to utilize my scientific knowledge in molecular biology laboratory techniques to do my part in opening up the world for safe & healthy travelling again. After almost 2 years of working in COVID-19 outbreak control on board Viking cruise ships as a Laboratory Technician/Supervisor, I would like to expand my responsibilities beyond COVID-19 and ensure the health of the crew and guests on board as a Public Health Officer (PHO).
