My Name is Valentina Wagner, Psychologist with Master in Cognitive Therapy.

I have more than 9 years of experience in HR, Psychotherapy and Coaching.

My Masters degree in Cognitive Therapy gave me a bigger perspective when it comes to working with people, and understanding human behavior and needs overall.

My experience in Human Resources allows me to understand the Business perspective, gaining experience by helping Companies grow and achieve their potential.

I have been responsible for Inhouse Counseling, Assessment, Sales and Candidate Experience, Recruiting and more.

I have the ability to adapt to different businesses, plus my good communication skills. I've been able to act as a partner between the HR department and the other areas of a Company, embedding and committing with Corporate goals.

I speak Spanish, English and German.
