As an entrepreneur I ran 3 enterprises. The companies expanded the client base to over 5 leading companies in various industries, including banking, pharmaceuticals, and IT.

In my most recent role as a Customer Success Manager, I led projects with deep participation in most processes. My work experience helped me improve my managerial skills as I had to lead teams. As a Customer Success Manager my responsibilities included onboarding new customers and building reliable relationships. Eventually, I managed to make most of our customers regular. We supplied service for state, in other words government procurement supplier.

The company was shut down due to high competition after Covid Crisis that’s when I decided to take a second higher education and moved to Germany to achieve this goal.
