I am open-minded and collaborative. I like to work in a team but can also work independently. I am an easygoing person who likes making friends. My hobby is playing soccer, and of course, I love watching soccer games.
I am a Ph.D. student at the Chair of Botany at the Technical University of Munich, where I received my doctoral degree. I continue to work in the same chair as a postdoc researcher. I am responsible for exploring the physiological and molecular mechanisms of how plants save water and cope with drought. I have identified several genes that can reduce plant water use and enhance water use efficiency without sacrificing growth and yield.
