Data Engineer

On behalf of our client we are recruiting a Data Engineer for a temp position, you will play a hands-on role in building, shaping, and operating data products that are reliable, well‑structured, and easy for stakeholders to consume. You will collaborate closely with local data teams, BI specialists, business partners, and platform teams to deliver scalable, source‑aligned data products and consumer‑ready datasets.

This role suits someone who enjoys creating long‑lasting solutions: robust pipelines, clear models, governance‑by‑design, and reusable patterns that elevate the overall data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines and transformations using DBT, Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
• Develop scalable, well‑structured data models to support BI, analytics, and data activation use cases.
• Contribute to data product standards, including testing, documentation, lineage, and versioning.
• Enable and accelerate local data teams through hands‑on coaching and platform guidance.
• Collaborate with BI specialists and stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into usable data outputs and solution architectures.
• Participate in design reviews and influence architectural decisions within the data engineering domain.

Contract Details

• Duration: 9 months
• Start: Latest 1 May
• Location: Copenhagen — 3 days onsite per week
