Financial Controller

At Cloud Factory, we’re looking for a Financial Controller who can ensure high-quality financial reporting, reliable forecasting, and strong internal governance across our expanding organization.

Your mission is clear: deliver precise financial insights, maintain robust financial processes, and support Cloud Factory’s leadership team with data that drives sound and scalable growth.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Month-End:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and internal deadlines.
• Ensure accurate reconciliations and reporting using Business Central and Adra.
• Support leadership with clear performance commentary.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Management:

• Lead and coordinate budgeting processes across markets.
• Maintain rolling forecasts using Jedox.
• Analyze deviations, trends, and risks.

Financial Analysis

• Deliver structured KPI reporting and ad-hoc analysis through Power BI.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights.

Compliance & Internal Controls:

• Maintain and further develop internal financial controls.
• Strengthen transparency and governance.

Process Optimization

• Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows.
• Use digital tools to reduce manual tasks.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:

• Work closely with HR, Operations, and leadership on financial planning.
• Support local teams across countries.

Your Qualifications

• Experience as a Financial Controller or similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with Business Central, Adra, Jedox, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Experience collaborating across countries or departments.
• High attention to detail and structured work habits.
