RDTWe are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer for a temporary role. You will build the user-facing interface for a new enterprise-level Talent Discovery platform used by HR leadership. The backend, data processing, AI components, and Azure infrastructure are already fully operational. Your responsibility will be to design and implement a production-grade, intuitive, and responsive web interface on top of the existing backend APIs.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the frontend for Talent Cards and Talent Lake views, including reusable card‑based components highlighting structured talent attributes (skills, experience, ratings, mobility history, etc.).
Build search, filtering, and comparison interfaces optimized for non-technical HR users.
Implement responsive layouts for both laptop use and large-display talent review sessions.
Integrate the UI with an existing Python/API backend, consuming REST/JSON endpoints.
Create clean, consistent, and executive‑ready UI using a modern component framework (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Shadcn, similar).
Work independently to translate functional requirements into user-friendly workflows.
Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
Hands-on experience with component libraries and design systems.
Track record of building dashboards, internal tools, or other data‑driven web interfaces.
Ability to design and structure responsive UI without a dedicated UX designer.
Experience integrating REST APIs and handling structured JSON data.
Card- or profile-based UI patterns.
Complex filtering/search interfaces over structured datasets.
Basic data visualization (charts, pipelines, comparison layouts).
Work in fast-paced environments with short delivery cycles.
Familiarity with Azure Static Web Apps or Azure Container Apps (nice to have, not required).
