Do you want to help shape the future eCommerce platform for Scandinavia’s largest lingerie brand?

At CHANGE of Scandinavia, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our ECOM Development team. We are on an ambitious growth journey, and this role will be key in supporting the continued development and scalability of our digital commerce platform.

You will become part of a skilled and collaborative development team working with modern technologies to build high-quality digital solutions for customers across multiple markets.

About The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with both business and technology teams to develop and improve our eCommerce platform. You will join a small but highly capable team currently consisting of two frontend developers and one backend/full-stack developer.

You will report directly to the ECOM Director and act as an important technical partner across IT, marketing, sales, and external partners.

This role offers a great opportunity to influence both technical decisions and the future direction of our eCommerce architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive development projects across both frontend and backend
  • Ensure high technical quality and timely delivery of development tasks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, sales, marketing, and external partners
  • Act as a technical sparring partner within the development team
  • Participate in and facilitate standups and technical discussions
  • Contribute ideas and proposals to help shape the technical roadmap and prioritization of initiatives

Required Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong full-stack capabilities and experience working with modern commerce architectures.

Core Skills

  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Experience building scalable storefronts using React and Next.js
  • Experience working with GraphQL APIs
  • Backend development experience with .NET / C#
  • Experience building and integrating REST APIs
  • Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and asynchronous integrations
  • Understanding of headless / composable commerce architectures
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience with Chakra UI. Strong skills in using component libraries, knowledge of responsive layouts, design systems and reusable UI patterns
  • Ability to troubleshoot across the full stack (frontend, backend, integrations)
  • Ability to evaluate technical decisions and maintain architectural consistency
  • Strong collaboration skills and curiosity about new technologies

Nice to Have

Experience with the following technologies or concepts is a plus:

  • Commercetools
  • Contentful or other headless CMS platforms
  • Relewise or other search/personalization engines, e.g Bloomreach
  • Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus
  • Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns
  • Payment integrations (e.g. Adyen)
  • Event streaming, messaging, or webhooks
  • Performance optimization of eCommerce storefronts
  • Azure Front Door / CDN / WAF
  • ERP integrations
