Support the learning journey at TDC NET by coordinating and enhancing our learning and development activities.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and engaged Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the effective delivery and administration of our learning and development activities.
This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our Learning Management System (LMS) & Learning experience System (LXP) (both in Cornerstone), and the ongoing management of mandatory and compliance training across the organisation.
Ultimately, this role ensures that employees have a seamless learning experience.
You will be responsible for course administration in our learning management and learning experience systems, and coordination of learning activities, working closely with your colleagues in Organisational Development (OD), People & Culture, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities In this role you will:
Administer and maintain the Cornerstone LMS/LXP, including users, courses, curricula, learning paths, and site pages
Upload, configure, and manage online, blended, and instructor-led learning content
Manage course catalogues, sessions, enrollments, waitlists, completions, and training records
Coordinate scheduling, communications, logistics, and support for virtual and face-to-face training
Manage end-to-end administration of mandatory and compliance training programs
Monitor completion rates, follow up with learners and managers
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of learning data to support reporting and analytics
Act as a key point of contact for learner and manager support, user guides, and continuous improvement initiatives

We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experience in administering a Learning Management and Learning Experience System (Cornerstone preferred).
Experience in managing mandatory or compliance training.
Solid administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail. Comfort in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experienced in working with systems, data, and reports.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
Comfortable using the advanced functionalities in MS Teams, MS Planner and MS Sharepoint.
Highly organized and process driven.
Naturally curious and motivated by exploring, testing and optimising new system capabilities and improver user experiences
