Launch your career in data & digital At Accrease, we bring data to life. We are a leading Adobe partner working with complex, international organizations across Europe, and we are looking for curious interns who want to see how data becomes decisions, and how decisions become impact.

Our internship is a 7-week, hands-on program based in our Copenhagen or Stockholm office. You work on real client projects from day one, guided by people who know the technology inside out: our founders are former Adobe leaders, and our team counts 30 Adobe specialists. Along the way, you find out where your strengths really lie.

What You'll Learn You rotate through three phases. Each phase opens with a full day of intensive onboarding, so you can get started right away.

• Phase 1 – Technical Foundation: How data is collected, structured and activated. Data Layer, Tags, Schemas and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Phase 2 – Analytical Insight: How data is turned into insights and decisions. Data Views, Workspaces and analysis.
• Phase 3 – Strategy & Storytelling: How insights are turned into direction and impact. Storytelling, roadmaps, presentations and client-facing thinking.

What we look for You don't need to know Adobe already. You are measured on attitude and willingness to learn, not on how much you already know. This is what matters to us:

• Transparency: you speak up when something doesn't make sense, and "I don't know" is a fine answer
• Ownership: you prepare, take notes and follow up
• Engagement: you bring the will to learn
