We are growing our Activation team in Oslo and looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Consultant. This is a role for someone who wants to be equally strong in marketing and in data. You will run paid search programmes for our clients and dig into the analytics that tell us what is actually working. The two sides feed each other, and you will be expected to be confident in both.
Current Situation
Our customers sit on a goldmine of data and the technology to act on it. They need partners who can both run the campaigns and read the numbers, and who understand how the two feed each other. You will move between optimising paid search programmes and turning analytics data into insights that shape what we do next.

Responsibilities
Marketing
- Support and gradually own paid search activities across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Adobe Advertising Cloud
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns, ad groups, keywords and creative
- Run experiments and document what works
- Pull and present performance reporting to clients
Data and insights
- Work hands-on with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics to track campaign performance and user behaviour
- Build dashboards, write analyses, and translate numbers into recommendations that clients can act on
- Help connect the dots between media spend and business outcomes (including marketing mix modelling on more senior projects)
- Support tagging and data quality work alongside our implementation specialists
Across both
- Engage with clients on day-to-day questions, with senior consultants backing you up
- Stay close to industry trends, test new ideas, and share what you learn with the team
Competence
- Recent graduate or 0-2 years of experience. Internship experience from an agency or consultancy is a strong plus
- Fluency in Norwegian. You will work closely with Norwegian-speaking clients and stakeholders
- A degree in marketing, business, economics, computer science, analytics, or a related field
- Genuinely enjoys working with numbers, datasets and analysis
- Curious about marketing technology and how digital businesses work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to present ideas and explain technical concepts in plain language
- Proactive and action-oriented. Takes initiative without waiting to be told
- Hungry to learn. You see every project, every client and every piece of feedback as a chance to come out sharper than you went in
- Comfortable with regular travel within Europe to clients and our offices
- Works well independently and as part of a distributed team
- Some exposure to digital marketing or analytics platforms (through studies, internships or side projects) is a plus, not a requirement
