PLC Software Developer – Test Equipment Rollout (Industrial Manufacturing)

We are looking for experienced PLC Software Developers to support the implementation and rollout of an internally developed software tool for production test equipment at a company in the industrial industry. The tool is designed to help meet the requirements of the EU Cyber Resilience Act.

The main responsibility is deploying the tool across approximately 150 test systems, including wet testers, dry testers, and motor testers. As the testers are not uniform, the work involves adapting the tool to each type of system in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders, in a cross-border team.

Must have

• 3-5 years of PLC programming in a test or automation environment
• Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation PLC platforms
• Experience with SCADA systems
• Solid industrial automation experience
• Experience with drive equipment (motor drives / frequency converters)
• Experience with both PC software and PLC software
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt a solution to non-uniform systems
• Fluent technical English

Nice to have

• Experience with production test equipment or end-of-line testing
• Experience rolling out software across a large number of machines or systems
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity and regulatory requirements (for example IEC 62443 or the EU Cyber Resilience Act)
