Your Role 🤘🏻

We're looking for a backend engineer who builds rock-solid systems for our new product Fredo. You'll be crafting the backbone of our platform, designing APIs that power seamless events, and building infrastructure that scales as we grow. This role is for someone who thinks like an engineer but feels like a craftsperson – obsessed with both elegant solutions and delightful user experiences.

What You'll Be Doing 💪🏻

Build and maintain robust Python backend services using Django and FastAPI

Design clean, intuitive APIs that frontend teams and partners love working with

Architect database solutions with PostgreSQL and Redis

Ship features from concept to production, owning the entire delivery cycle

Write tests that actually matter and documentation that people read

Collaborate with product and customer success teams to solve real user problems

Take feedback, iterate fast, and always push for better solutions
