Are you technically minded, good with your hands, and interested in working with mechanics and electronics? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for!

At Reshape Biotech, we develop and manufacture advanced robotic systems used for laboratory automation around the world. We're a growing company and are now looking for a new colleague to join our production team in Copenhagen.

You don't need a technical degree or previous experience with robotics, but we do expect you to have a good understanding of technology, an eye for precision, and a willingness to learn.

What will you be doing?

You'll become part of our Product Operations team, where we assemble, test, and quality-check our robots before shipping them to customers worldwide.

Our products consist of mechanical, electronic, and other technical components that must be assembled and work together with high precision. This means it's important that you work systematically, pay attention to detail, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

You'll work closely with both our production and development teams and have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing improvements of our products and assembly processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Mechanical assembly of our robots and related components.
• Installation of electronic components, cables, and connections.
• Working with technical assembly instructions, tools, and precision components.
• Functional testing and quality control of mechanical and electronic components.
• Troubleshooting and identifying issues during assembly and testing.
• Collaborating with our development team to improve products and assembly processes.
• Contributing to the creation and updating of technical documentation.
• Other practical and technical tasks within production.

You'll receive a thorough introduction to our products and training in our assembly and testing procedures.

Who are you?

We imagine you're someone with a natural interest in technology who enjoys understanding how things work.

Perhaps you have experience with electronics, mechanics, computer hardware, 3D printing, or other technical projects. This could be from previous jobs, education, or simply something you've enjoyed working on in your spare time.

What matters most to us isn't your educational background, but your technical curiosity, practical skills, and approach to work.

• Has a good technical understanding and an interest in mechanics and electronics.
• Is skilled with their hands and has experience with, or a natural aptitude for, practical assembly work.

• Can follow technical instructions and assembly guides.

• Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions.
• Is responsible, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

You don't need a specific degree or previous experience in robotics. We'll make sure you receive the training needed to work with our products and processes.
