JuristicSales Development Representatives / Business Development Representative (Junior & Senior)
Juristic is scaling, and we're looking for two SDR/BDRs to join our commercial team — one Junior BDR and one Senior BDR.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving legal tech company where sales, product, and growth work closely together.
Juristic helps lawyers work faster by turning complex legal work into visual workflows—built by lawyers who understand the problem, backed by engineers who ship relentlessly, and trusted by firms who need tools that actually fit how they think.
We're growing fast, solving real problems, and building a product that's changing how legal teams operate across Europe and beyond.
As a BDR/SDR at Juristic, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities and acting as the first point of contact for potential customers.
Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Understand customer needs and clearly communicate Juristic's value
Keep CRM data structured and up to date
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product
Continuously improve outreach, messaging, and processes
Junior BDR/SDR (Entry-level)
This role is a good fit if you:
Have little or no experience in sales or business development
Are motivated, curious, and eager to learn
Communicate clearly in Danish and English
Are comfortable with outreach and learning by doing

This role is a good fit if you:
Have at least 1 year of experience as a BDR, SDR, or similar role
Are confident with outbound sales and objection handling
Can independently drive pipeline creation
Have experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
Additional responsibilities at Senior level:
Owning targets and accounts with higher autonomy
Contributing to sales strategy, messaging, and best practices
Supporting and sparring with junior team members
