Senior Developer

Job Summary

• Strong knowledge and experience working in any MES (manufacturing execution system), preferably 3S Antares.
• Should have good understanding of the Production Lines and Serialization.
• Worked experience on any Track and Trace software (preferably Antares Vision).
• Preferably someone who has worked in IT services company in this Pharma/ Manufacturing domain.
• Ability to understand requirement fill the gap between business users and technologists.
• Should have troubleshooting experience (involving the application, server etc).
• Should have good experience of interacting with both end users (Production line operators/ analyst/ Line supervisors), product vendor and cross-functional team (i.e., SAP in this case).
• Preferably Pharma manufacturing domain knowledge.
• Knowledge of SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace module) is added advantage.
• Resource should have complete knowledge on serialization.
• Should be aware about the step-by-step process followed in business process flow in Serialization.
• Key knowledge on Aggregation, bundling, palletizing.
• Should have adequate knowledge on handling production data from ERP and allocate consequent work orders to production lines in GTS; should have knowledge on serialization rules, recipes, NTINS, GTINS.
• Knowledge on integration with various components Serialization with SAP or other modules.
• Pharma domain knowledge on 21 CFR part 11 rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support 3S Antares Application for LEO Pharma for Denmark, Italy, France, Ireland.
