I have a Tourism Bachelor Degree and this job is very appealing to me because I strongly believe I have what it takes to do it.

As for my experience, I worked as a Receptionist for a year in two different local hotels, here, in Cordoba, Argentina.

From that experience I learnt how to deal with others when something comes up that does not agree with that the guest expected. I have been able to successfully resolve most of the complications during a stay, such as: a flooded room, an overbooking, and a discussion about rooms not being what it advertised, etc.

I am also very fluent in English, for that, I was the responsible with the foreign group reservations because I could manage any request the guest had while being in the hotel.

With that being said, I understood how to talk properly with guests and to resolve fast when needed because in this job, one bad comment can ruin all the hard work of the whole team.

With my Tourism degree, I could put the theory to practice and be more efficient and ready to fix anything, even though it all takes practice I strongly believe that with the knowledge and the experience I have I was able to take more things from it.

I am positive and charismatic, I do very well working with others, I am a very organized and extroverted person and most importantly, I am responsible. I do not take lightly the opportunities given to me so I would do my very best to accomplish all my tasks.
