After an amazing 10-month maternity leave, I'm excited to return to work and explore opportunities where I can blend my expertise in language, e-commerce, and technology. I'm eager to take on new challenges, continue growing, and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team.
As a native Spanish speaker with a degree in English teaching, I've gained valuable experience in the retail, e-commerce, and cosmetics industries across several countries. Along the way, I developed a strong interest in web design and development, which led me to New York to pursue formal studies in software development. I'm now looking forward to applying my diverse background and technical skills in a customer success role, where I can help connect people and technology to deliver exceptional service and experiences.
I've held a variety of roles over the years—starting as a language teacher, a position I held for several years. While traveling internationally, I primarily worked in logistics, which gave me valuable experience in coordination and problem-solving. More recently, I transitioned into front-end development, completing formal training and working on several small personal projects to sharpen my skills
