Anna Ferrara

Hi,

I am Anna and I am 29 years old. Originally from Italy, I am currently based in Copenhagen. I am a master student in Planning and Management of Tourism Systems and I have gathered experience in the hospitality sector. I speak Italian, English and Spanish.

During my studies, I carried out an internship in a travel agency in Italy and a second one in Copenhagen last summer, in collaboration with the Municipality of Copenhagen and the Natural History Museum. I planned and organized workshops and guided tours for blind and partially sighted peiole to improve museum's accessibility for this target of visitors.

I would like to improve my skills in the travel and hospitality sector. I have excellent communicative skills, I am a very sociable person and I like to be in touch with others. I am a team player, but I also can work independently. I can learn quickly, adapt to new challenges and work under pressure.
