What is my value to my potential future employer? My most important value is, hat I am excellent at working with people - I always become an informal leader, I gain recognition without imposing my opinion - I can build and educate highly efficient teams regardless of the framework they work in. My second most important value is that I can work in chaos, especially when we are building something from scratch, I can organize and simplify processes and improve the flow of communication.

Main achievements: Successful End-to-End delivery for 15 releases for 4 teams: budgeting in Story Points instead of budget, planning, agreements with Teams and Business Stakeholders & Pos, execution and coordination across multiply environments, covering all from the Strategic planning for the features for every PI, via Development, QA and DevOps - all in scope of GxP applications. • Main Achievements for GSK: Organizing a SAFe Release Train from the scratch for 5 teams responsible for the Developer Portal and API Gateway (Teams distributed across India, Turkey, USA, Poland, UK, Rumania) Playing successful role of Senior Scrum Master for 3 teams and completing 8 successfully delivered PIs stabilizing Sprint Reliability always on the level higher than 90 %. Building and educating 3 Teams to develop internal AI solutions based on Chat GPT engine – played drole od Scrum Master for the new set up within initial 7 months of development.
• Main achievements in Cognizant: Build from the scratch the Agile department in the new Polish entity, Introduced new initiatives for people on the bench and for the education purposes (internal software project for Recruiting and HR, Training Knowledge Base, Learning GO Program, Scrum Masters Learning path).
