Florence Alleman

I have done many things according to my resume, but the one thread that connects everything is my enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and training people while finding the best learning process for everyone.

My professional life is made up of two parts: one when I worked in retail, most years in store management, the other when I became a teacher. I have spent the last decade improving my teaching and communication skills. Curious and (luckily) efficient in my own learning process, I have covered many topics, whether in my studies, work, or just for fun.

Today, I want to explore the world of corporate training and find a way to apply what I've learned, whether it's in the use of learning management systems, adapting any content into effective instructional material, or simply engaging with a new audience of learners.

I completed a Bachelor's degree in English, with a minor in teaching, and then a Master's degree in linguistics. I have also received several on-the-job trainings as an examiner and team trainer. Privately, I have trained in beginner programming and other topics, primarily in computer use.
