I'm working on project or product owner positions in IT companies for about 10 years, so I've had a chance to be a part of many different projects and prove myself as an effective manager:

• Managing commercial web and mobile applications at different stages - from idea to go-live, to the active development of a launched product, to steady deployment of updates for old, mature products.
• Being responsible for long-term development and support of B2B and B2C products and services
• Helping my company to analyze and refine processes, develop internal tools, manage integration projects
• Sometimes there are not enough resources, or the team is not big enough to have all kinds of specialists, so I’m ready to take on a role of QA, BA, and even a UX designer, in addition to my usual responsibilities.

My job is to remove obstacles in the way of my team, to create an environment, where everyone can work efficiently, and stay happy doing it. And of course, this work has to lead to valuable outcomes for customers or stakeholders.
