My name is Raimondo, I am an Italian guy and since I was a teenager, I have worked in my family's restaurants starting from the basics. This has allowed me to learn about the roles in the restaurant business and to have a clear understanding of what were the goals I wanted to achieve.
Capitalizing on my first work experiences, I decided to challenge myself and, in agreement with my family, I took new paths to enrich my professional and cultural background.
To date, I have worked in the restaurant business for 12 years and, thanks to my determined character and passion, I have managed to improve myself and acquired an excellent level of skills and experience,
in relation to my age. I have also strengthened my natural predisposition to team management in quality environments and under extreme-stress situations and improved my problem-solving skills
Over the years, I have also dedicated myself to improve my education and obtained a third-level 'AIS' (Italian
Sommelier Association) diploma and attended a Master's degree in Food and Beverage Management at the
LUISS business school in Rome
