Project Manager with 4+ years of experience managing, facilitating, and developing the Nordic media collaboration within the organization Nordvision, involving hundreds of associates from different backgrounds and with different needs. I am passionate about seeing results and trying new ways of achieving these. I enjoy a fast-paced work environment, with effective but well-founded decision making.

As Project Manager I maintain, evaluate, develop, and organize the Nordic media collaboration within the organization Nordvision. Our partners co-produce, co-develop and share content for audiences in all Nordic countries. Last year, our partners co-produced more than 2.000 program episodes.
In addition, my colleagues and I continuously evaluate the most recent core needs among our partner companies, and develop the collaboration accordingly, not least for sharing strategical considerations, findings and challenges. In all, the three of us are responsible for around 25 different networks and collaboration groups. I am also the main responsible for our external communication, and for the past year I have managing the task of creating and developing a new Nordic collaboration for audio and podcast.
As a producer at Yle, the largest broadcast and media company in Finland, I was responsible for the daily operation of several smaller teams, their ability to reach our goals, and their functionality, producing daily and weekly radio shows, podcasts, events and social media content. I was also part of the management team of the youth department, deciding on the plan forward to fulfill goals and missions in accordance with our strategies.
Show host for various daily and weekly shows produced by Yle in Finland. Additional experience involves podcasting, social media content production, writing and recording and editing both audio and video content.
