EHS工程师

工作职责 Responsibilities 1. 收集和辨识EHS法律法规及相关方的要求，进行符合性评审；

• Collect and identify EHS laws, regulations and stakeholder requirements, and conduct compliance evaluation. 3. 开展作业场所EHS风险辨识、评估和控制；
• Carry out EHS risk identification, assessment and control in the workplace. 5. 开展培训，提升员工安全意识、安全技能和应急处置能力；
• Conduct training to improve employees' safety awareness, safety skills and emergency response capabilities. 7. 跟进新改扩建项目的EHS“三同时”工作；
• Follow up the EHS "Three Simultaneities" work for new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects. 9. 组织EHS检查和改善，实施闭环管理；
• Organize EHS inspections and improvements, implement closed-loop management. 11. 进行事故事件的调查处理，防止再次发生；
• Investigate and handle incidents and accidents to prevent recurrence. 13. 组织EHS活动，建立全员参与的安全文化；
• Organize EHS activities and build a safety culture with full participation. 15. 完成上级安排的其他任务。

  任职要求 Requirements 1. 学历要求：本科或以上环境工程、安全工程或机电相关专业毕业；

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical related. 3. 三年或以上EHS相关工作经验，有大型制造工厂相关经验者更佳；
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of EHS related working experience;

  experience in large manufacturing plants is preferred. 5. 熟悉国家和广州市相关安全、健康、环保法律法规；

• Familiar with national and Guangzhou local laws and regulations on safety, health and environmental protection. 7. 具备良好的数字化应用能力；
• Good capability in digital application. 9. 英语听说读写流利；
• Fluent in Englis. 11. 强烈的责任心；
• Strong sense of responsibility. 13. 具备良好的沟通协调能力；
• Good communication and coordination skills. 15. 较强的组织管理能力。
• Strong organizational and management skills.
