Médico, e intelectual de origen Dominicano, nacido un día 8 de Junio de 1965, en el Valle, Provincia Hato Mayor, Republica Dominicana, hijo de padre de profesión dentista y madre ama de casa; nació y creció en ambiente rural, aunque vivió una vida libre de carencias, psico-afectivas, si contemplo de cerca la vida de los más humildes, de ahí que su poesía este matizada, por los cantos a la naturaleza, los sufrimientos del hombre del campo, los habitantes del batey azucarero y el amor a las mujeres, entre otros. Tiene dos obras publicadas, Un libro de reflexiones y filosóficas vivencias, titulado Los Diálogos de Galeno Labrador, y un poemario titulado El Color del Batey, en la actualidad, tiene en carpeta pendientes de ser publicados más de 20 títulos distintos.
