I’ve been working as a Fraud Claims Analyst, where I look into suspicious activities and help protect customers from fraud. I also have experience as a truck driver, which has taught me a lot about responsibility, safety, and staying focused on the road. With my background in customer service too, I’d say I’m good at solving problems and adapting to different situations.
