Full Stack Developer

About the Role We are looking for a production-minded, autonomous, and disciplined Full-Stack Developer to join our team. This role is designed for a developer with hands-on experience shipping real-world applications, identifying security, data, and deployment bottlenecks early, and ensuring production readiness for fast-moving, creative tools.

If you know how to turn prototypes, including AI-powered workflows, into secure, scalable tools that run smoothly in production, we want you on our team.

In this role, you will work alongside our existing developer and team lead to build new tools and strengthen infrastructure practices across our suite of internal platforms, including FoxFlow, FoxCut, Thumbnail Maker, Bulk Scheduler, and upcoming AI tools. You will complement our content-first team by turning fast, creative builds into reliable, production-ready software.

About You Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience shipping real-world applications and taking tools from prototype to scalable production. A background in Computer Science is a plus, but practical experience matters more than formal credentials.

Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js, Docker, n8n, Firebase, SQL/NoSQL databases, API integrations (LLMs and social media platforms), and security best practices.

Mindset – “Vibe Code Clean-Up”: Strong technical judgment, a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to bring structure and deployment discipline to fast-moving environments.

Communication: Professional fluency in English (C1 level) is required. You must be able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical team members and collaborate effectively with our existing developer. French proficiency at B1 level or above is a strong plus.

Main Assignments Tool Hardening & Development: Build new features and optimize internal tools, turning prototypes into scalable, secure, production-ready applications.

API & Workflow Integrations: Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Zhipu, Groq) and social media platform APIs (Meta, YouTube, X) using Python, Node.js, and n8n.

Security & Infrastructure: Implement essential security practices, including credential management, authentication, and input validation. Maintain Docker containers and manage SQL/NoSQL databases, including Firebase.

Sprint Scoping & Code Review: Scope backlog tasks, communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, conduct peer code reviews with our existing developer, and manage safe deployments with post-launch monitoring.

Compensation & Benefits

• Workload: Ongoing support, maintenance, and feature development across internal tools, with a sprint-based workload.
• Base Monthly Fee: USD 900.
• Performance Bonus: Up to USD 300 per quarter, based on performance.
• Payment: Invoiced monthly and paid in two equal installments on the 15th and 30th of the following month.
• Contract Type: Service contract – Independent Contractor.
• Modality: 100% remote, open to candidates outside traditional tech hubs.
