We're looking for a JavaScript/Node.js Developer to build and maintain supporting services and internal tooling around a complex, multi-channel enterprise platform — webhook handlers, lightweight integration utilities, internal admin scripts, and build/deploy tooling that keep the core platform running smoothly.
What you'll own:
- Node.js-based utility services: webhook receivers, notification-dispatch helpers, and lightweight integrations with third-party providers (email/SMS, payment callbacks, etc.)
- Internal tooling and scripts supporting build, deployment, and day-to-day engineering operations
- Small internal dashboards/utilities for the engineering and operations team
- Collaborating with backend (Java) and frontend (Flutter) teams to bridge gaps where a fast, scriptable JS-based solution is the right tool
- Writing clean, tested, maintainable code and keeping tooling documented for the rest of the team
What you bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on, continuous JavaScript/Node.js experience — recent and demonstrable, not incidental
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, REST APIs, and webhook-based integration patterns
- Comfort with npm/yarn tooling, basic CI/CD scripting, and version control workflows
- Ability to write and reason about automated tests for the code you ship
- Good communication skills — you'll often be the bridge between backend and frontend teams
- Bonus: exposure to TypeScript, Express/Fastify, or basic CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
If you like being the person who makes the small, unglamorous things work reliably, reach out or drop a comment.
