1. •I started in 14 January 2018 to this day as an operation supervisor in an IN SALAH GAS SOUTHERN FIELDS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (BP - SONATRACH - EQUINOR) • Excellent experience in gas treatment plant (upstream) including: Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up phases, gas separation, gas sweetening process (with BASF chemical solvent MDEA technology ), gas dehydration process( adsorption using molecular sieves), and condensate treatment and stabilization, cooling processes (turbo expander and JT valve), gas export .
   • Good understanding of the process drawings P&ID, PFDs and general arrangement drawings.
   • familiar with DCS system (yokogawa).
   • Good knowledge in different plant equipment including rotating equipment (pumps, centrifugal compressors), static equipment (columns, separators, Heaters, Incinerator ).
   • Familiar with different measuring techniques of pressure ,temperature, level, and flow rates .

   • Familiar with safety plans , emergency response of the plant ESD, work environment ,and start up and shutdown procedures.
   • Familiar with different work permits and daily reports I’m very familiarized with safety rules and procedures.
   • Basic Fall Protection LockOut / TagOut Environmental Awareness & Incident Reporting.
   • basic principles and concepts in HYSYS process simulation software.
   • Thorough understanding of ESD level systems and trip logics and ESD cause and effect matrix.
   • flare system.
