2019 Predictive maintenance engineer: (current position)

SONATRACH-PVEP-PTTEP.ALGERIA

• Implement an offline condition-based monitoring program including database creation, roots and measurement setting using “system 1” and a portable data collector “scout 140EX” to collect data on site.
•  Perform daily vibration measurement on rotating equipment, analyze data and report if an action needs to be taken.
• Prepare spare parts for major and minor overhaul inspections of rotating equipment , follow up work progress and report to maintenance manager
• Prepare job procedure using equipment manuals and drawings
• Create and dispatch work orders basing on work requests on ERP system and prepare spare parts needed for the job.
• Create and follow up position role related service requisitions on ERP such as oil analysis service, support service agreement contracts and measurement instruments calibration service or purchase. 
• Elaborate spare part stock applications. 
• Perform technical evaluation of bidder’s offers and technically support procurement team during the buying process. 
• Perform technical receptions of the new spare parts.

SONATRACH-PVEP-PTTEP.ALGERIA

• Perform plant shutdown preparation with an assigned team 
• Check the as built drawings comparing to existing static equipment on site 
• Help the team to prepare job plan and work procedures 
• Identify the spare parts needed and collaborate with our buyers to make sure all the necessary material is available when starting the plant shutdown for inspection and maintenance.

SONATRACH-PVEP-PTTEP.ALGERIA

• Perform Curative and preventive maintenance jobs with the team on the existing rotating and static equipment in the oil processing facility, 
• Elaborate intervention reports to Head mechanical service and Maintenance manager. 
• Participate to pre-intervention meetings to discuss safety precautions and work procedures.
