Result-driven Project Controls / Planning professional, with 20+ years of experience delivering complex international EPC projects across Upstream & Downstream, Oil & Gas, and Green Energy (Waste-to-Energy) sectors, including Onshore & Offshore, Greenfield & Brownfield developments, Shutdown, Turnaround, Integration, Fabrication, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, and Operational testing.
Recognized for strong leadership, an ownership mindset, and highly developed influencing skills, with the ability to align multidisciplinary and multicultural teams toward common project objectives and measurable performance improvements in high-pressure environments
Extensive expertise in Project Planning & Control, integrated scheduling, KPI development, reporting systems, interface management, risk control, and performance optimization throughout all project phases.
Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams, strengthening stakeholder engagement, improving communication channels, and establishing efficient reporting and feedback systems that reduce schedule slippage, limit cost escalation, and enhance overall project visibility and execution control.
Hands-on experience with main Process Systems, Utility Systems, Process Control Systems, and Safety Detection & Protection Systems, including all phases design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, sequencing activities, and progress tracking/trending.
Experience with Owner-operators, EPC main contractors, Construction Subcontractors, & Vendors intervention/erection/commissioning and testing scheduling (in Europe, Asia, and Africa). Experience covers Central Processing Plants (CPF), Gathering networks, Pipeline/Sea lines, Refinery, Gas compression Plants, Oil & Gas Drilling, Oil & Gas Early Production Facilities (EPFs), Oil Offshore Loading Systems, Waste to Energy Plant, Milk Manufacturing Plant & Dairy farm infrastructures.
