I have experience in various fields, including HR, administration, legal management, regulatory monitoring and contract management.

I love working. I had the opportunity to work in Arabic, French and English, within and I am convinced that my skills and enthusiasm could contribute, in collaboration with other internal structures, to further increase the performance of your company.

I have several diplomas, including one from ENA, a Master's degree in commercial business law, an EMBA from the Algerian Higher School of Business (ESAA located in Pins Maritimes), a DESS in HR/training management, a certificate on regulatory monitoring and a Certificate of Success – Training, on Best practices of management …etc.

I am a good living, looking for new and motivative challenges. I am sportive and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am very organized, have leadership skills, charismatic, communicative, dynamic, team player, organized and possess a good sense of priorities and task coordination to achieve set objectives within deadlines.

Legal Director at SONATRACH Group than at Siemens Group in ALGERIA In connection with the management bord of the company, acting as a trusted adviser for all legal matters regarding the company. In charge also of legal and regulatory monitoring.

The main tasks are :

 

• Manage and supervise a team of Contracts managers dedicated to projects, which have as main tasks:
• Legal counsel or advise on various subjects of interest to the company and inherent in the business law.
• Legal expertise advises during the various phases of tenders: prequalification, preparation and validation of offers, negotiation and drafting of contracts.
• managed the pre-litigation and litigation. (Social law and business law).
• Negotiated business contracts, with participation of the conclusion of several contracts both at the national and international level 
• Legal and regulatory monitoring (monthly legal newsletter, spontaneous documentation or answering the requests of internal client or Department... etc.).
• The pre-litigation and litigation management. (Social law and business law).
• Translation of various documents especially administrative end legal (Arabic-French. (and English with limiter use of tools). 

Master’s degree in business law from MDI_signed by Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University.

• Master’s degree in executive business administration – EMBA from ESAA (Diploma co-signed by many French universities: ESCP-EAP + Groupe HEC+ EUROMED-Marseille + ESA-Lille 2 + ESAA-Algiers). 
• Magister’s degree studies in law from Algiers University.

Diploma in administration from the National school of administration (ENA).

• Diploma of higher studies specialized in Training from one of the prestigious private schools - Algiers.
• Training in different fields: ‘’Best practices in management’’, ‘’Legal monitoring’’, ‘’Algerian law relating to the protection of personal data’’, ‘’Awareness Day about mental health: psychosocial risks” and ‘’Certificate as holiday camp leader’’.
