- Provide support and manage the instrument team (training and know-how,
dispatching periodic maintenance tasks to contribute to the overall professional growth of employees), and ability to manage company onboarding processes, interviewing and selecting new quality assurance personnel,
- Represent the instrument team in meetings, with Vendors and
Customers,
- Ensure tasks and interventions are in compliance with regulations and policies (compliance with environmental, health, and LOTO system and procedures),
- Provide periodic records and reports relating to instrumentation maintenance works (preventive and curative actions),
- Able to assess plant needs for spare parts, tools & supplies, and generate material requisitions and ensure timely procurement of the same close coordination with Vendors and Operation teams using CMMS or coordination with the Planification team,
- Experience in QA/QC (ITRS control & procedure preparation, monitoring works on site),
- Good experience (+14 years) (maintenance + support starting) + good knowledge of GE MS9001FA (Frame 09) gas turbines and ALSTOM steam turbines (Frame STF15C + TOPAIR generators),
- Good knowledge & experience (+14 years) in maintenance &
commissioning of gas burners & industrial boilers: faults troubleshooting,
tuning, and monitoring of combustion problems, and best practices,
- Good knowledge & experience (+15 years) in maintenance &
commissioning of compressors and pumps: faults troubleshooting,
pressures and securities tuning (vibration, thrusts, gaps, temperature…),
mechanical and electrical calibration of rotors in compliance with SATs requirements + and operation of the Bentley Nevada 3500,
- Good knowledge about various PLCs: GE Mark VI, Rockwell RS LOGIX
500/5000, Bentley Nevada 3500, Allen Bradley (Troubleshooting faults and signals, forcing/de-forcing signals, architecture…),
- Good knowledge of international fire prevention standards (NFPA) and good experience (+14 years) in maintenance and troubleshooting fire systems,
- Good knowledge of the components of combined cycle power plants and modes of Operations (gas & steam turbines, HRSGs, water treatment,
metal-clad substations…), and oil & gas processing,
- Experience (0.5 years) in wells functional and ARH safety tests (oil + gas
+ water),
- Solid experience (+14 years) in testing and calibration of on/off valves,
throttling valves with pneumatic/smart positioners (Emerson DVC,
SIPART, VALTEK…), motorized valves, and best practices,
- Solid experience (+10 years) with testing and calibration of pneumatic/electronic regulators + manual and optimal tuning of PID parameters, and best practices,
- Strong experience (+16 years) in the testing, calibration, and commissioning of all transmitters and detectors according to SATs,
including flowmeters, multivariables, pressure, temperature, level+ best practices with test instruments (multimeters), calibrators and communicators
(Emerson 475, GE Drück communicator, etc.),
- Strong experience (+16 years) in wire and loop testing (continuity,
insulation tests, detection of current leakage in floating DC installations),
- Good knowledge of insulation tests of industrial equipments (LV/MV motors, transformers…),
- Strong knowledge of ISA, KKS, ISO, and SAMA standards (SAMA,
PFDS, P&IDS, isometrics, loop sheets, hookups, one-line diagrams...),
- Electrical accreditation LV/HV (by AREVA) + best practices with LOTO,
