I’m a mechanical engineer who loves turning ideas into real, functional hardware. My background spans product design and development across medical devices, pharma, and controlled environment systems.

At Inert Corporation, I helped launch a new glovebox product line—from concept design and FEA validation to production. I also built out design review and revision control systems to streamline how the team developed and tracked new products.

Before that, at Third Pole Therapeutics, I worked on disposable cartridge redesigns and early inhaler prototypes, combining 3D printing, repurposed components, and rapid iteration to bring ideas to life fast.

I recently moved from Boston to San Francisco to join the Bay Area’s hardware community and collaborate with teams that value hands-on design, fast prototyping, and practical problem-solving.

Mechanical Engineer at Inert Corporation (2024-04 – 2025-09)

• Responsible for creating deign basis for new product line of user protection gloveboxes equipped with radiation shielding and confinement capable filter systems.
• Introduced and implemented key engineering processes, including formal design reviews for new products and a revision control system for the design library.
• Designed custom glovebox and gas management systems for customers in various sectors including nuclear research, aerospace, chemical engineering, and pharma.
• Performed FEA analysis using SolidWorks to verify new design components such as glovebox frames, antechambers, system lifting points, system anchors, and more.

Mechanical Engineer Intern/Co-op at Third Pole Therapeutics (2021-07 – 2022-12)

• Collaborated on the mechanical redesign of the disposable cartridge, optimizing geometry and material selection for high-volume injection molding.
• Created test methods and tracking to support re-use and testing of prototype disposables to support validation and verification activity.
• Developed proof-of-concept prototypes for an NOx inhaler, repurposing plasma lighter components and designing a 3D-printed housing to incorporate filtration and scrubbing systems.

Mechanical Engineer Intern/Co-op at QSA Global (2020-07 – 2020-12)

• Created engineering drawings and processed design change orders to support product development and documentation control.
• Designed and updated tools and fixtures to aid in fabrication and assembly of radioactive sources used in radioscope equipment.
• Designed and oversaw construction of fixture used to demonstrate radioscope and x-ray capabilities to customers and vendors.
