AI Full Stack Engineer

Build an AI-powered decision platform from the ground up. Own the architecture, product implementation, and AI systems that power comparison, evaluation, and recommendations.

Core Mission

Create a scalable product that helps teams assess software tools through structured evaluation, AI-assisted analysis, and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the full-stack product across frontend, backend, and APIs
• Develop AI-powered workflows for analysis, ranking, summarization, and recommendations
• Build evaluation pipelines to compare tool outputs across quality, speed, cost, and reliability
• Integrate LLM APIs, external data sources, and third-party services
• Design systems for prompt management, output testing, and model performance monitoring
• Build dashboards for insights, scoring, and usage patterns
• Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and production readiness
• Work closely with product and design to turn complex workflows into simple user experiences

Core Engineering Skills

• Strong full-stack development experience, such as TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Backend architecture and API design
• Database design for structured and unstructured data
• Experience integrating AI and LLM APIs into production systems
• Familiarity with prompt design, evaluation frameworks, and output comparison
• Ability to build systems that handle reliability, latency, and cost tradeoffs in AI features
• Cloud infrastructure, deployment, and CI/CD experience

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-first or workflow automation products
• Experience with retrieval, ranking, or recommendation systems
• Familiarity with human-in-the-loop review flows
• Experience in early-stage 0 to 1 product environments
