Software Tester

Position Description We are looking for a skilled Software Tester to join our Finance & Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have experience with delivering high-quality software solutions and a passion for working in a collaborative environment. Your duties and responsibilities:

• Planning and carrying out manual functional, exploratory, and regression testing
• Performing integration testing across APIs, backend services, and connected systems
• Designing and executing performance tests to assess response times, stability, and scalability
• Contributing to test automation by developing and maintaining automated tests for selected scenarios

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a software tester
• Experience testing APIs, backend services, or modern web/mobile applications
• Understanding of agile product development and CI/CD environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to communicate in English and Estonian
• Estonian citizenship is required for this position
• Bonus: previous experience working in the finance domain
• Bonus: previous test automation experience
• Bonus: understanding of how to leverage AI solutions to empower your productivity
