Application Developer Supervisor (Software Developer)

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on software development experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years in a Senior, Team Lead, or Supervisory role is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates, undergraduates, and non-technical applicants will be automatically disqualified.

About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Application Developer Supervisor to lead daily execution, deliver full-stack features, integrate AI/LLM tools, and mentor developers while working closely with the Software Development Senior Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day execution of development tasks and code quality.
• Design and deliver full-stack features from backend (.NET Core) to frontend (React/Angular).
• Build and integrate AI/LLM capabilities and AI coding assistants into applications.
• Review code, perform unit/integration testing, and maintain secure software standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and foster their technical growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 years of total software development experience.
• 2 years in a Senior or Leadership/Supervisory role.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Practical knowledge of React or Angular.
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations and AI tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
