Application Security Engineer

• Perform and support application security reviews and threat modelling, including security code review and dynamic testing.

<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>• Own and perform application security vulnerability management.

<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>• Participate and support the preparation of security releases.

<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>• Support and consult with product and development teams in the area of application security.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>

• Assist in creation of security training.

<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>• Assist in development of automated security testing to validate that secure coding best practices are being used.

<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>• Develop Secure Software development life cycle and support the implementation of DevSecOps.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or any other related field is preferred.<\/span>

  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Familiarity with common security libraries, security controls, and common security flaws.<\/span>

  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Basic development or scripting experience.<\/span>

  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Experience with static code review and Application Security Testing.<\/span>

  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Experience of any of continuous Integration & Delivery Tools.<\/span>

  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Experience working with developers, DevOps to support the implementation of DevSecOps.<\/span>

  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Familiarity with cloud security controls and best practices<\/span>

  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
