Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Architectural Engineer to support design development, prepare detailed architectural drawings, coordinate with different engineering disciplines, and develop 3D visualizations for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update architectural working and execution drawings.
• Develop architectural designs, layouts, façade details, and finishing concepts.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Review drawings to identify clashes and technical issues.
• Develop 3D models, renderings, and design presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal engineering and execution teams.
• Follow up on design revisions, approvals, and project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and rendering tools is preferred.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing and technical drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
