Back End Developer

About the Role To provide sustainable mobile apps to various e& Egypt's departments that help optimize business processes. Also, to lead Mobile Development team in order to achieve the best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build mobile applications development strategy.
• Work with business and technical teams to evaluate and select technical solutions.
• Assess, design and build P&S and other B2E mobile solutions.
• Lead the technical mobile application development team.
• Ensure the mobile application development best practices are applied.
• Ensure the quality of the products.
• Ensure the code quality and standards.
• Investigate and select the most suitable mobile application development platforms and tools.
• Continuous improvement and enhancement for all the team activities and processes.
• On time and weekly reporting all the projects to ensure achieving the targets which complied with the required KPIs.
• Work on recruiting high caliber team members and ensure continuity plan for the team.
• Select, communicate and negotiate effectively with the vendors to ensure a win-win situation and successful accomplishments of tasks considering cost optimization without impacting the quality of the vendors’ deliverables.
• Ensure & facilitate the development and maintenance of efficient delivery mobile applications following first class standards and procedures.
• Empower the business with innovative solutions & technologies to help in achieving Etisalat strategic objectives.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or equivalent related degree.
• Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels of internal and external contacts.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and reporting skills.
• Quality focused.
• Proactive in problem solving and prevention.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• 6 years’ experience in web and mobile applications development field.
