Oversee and manage the overall collection function, ensuring timely recovery of customer receivables and outstanding balances.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to achieve departmental targets and improve collection performance.
Monitor due and overdue installments, payment commitments, and collection efficiency.
Manage escalated and high-value customer accounts, including negotiating payment plans and resolving complex collection issues.
Analyze aging reports, identify high-risk accounts, and develop action plans to minimize overdue balances.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Care, and Legal departments to resolve collection-related issues.
Prepare and present collection performance reports, forecasts, and key insights to senior management.
Lead, coach, and develop the collection team, ensuring achievement of individual and departmental KPIs.
Establish and monitor collection KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in collection processes and performance.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer payments, commitments, and collection activities.
Recommend and implement appropriate escalation and recovery actions for significantly overdue accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control, including proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Previous experience in real estate or property development is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Advanced Excel skills with strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage collection targets and handle complex customer accounts.
Very good command of English
