As DAL Developments continues to expand its projects portfolio, we are seeking to appoint a Structural Quantity Survey Engineer to join our team in Sheikh Zayed, Giza.

This opportunity is ideal for a qualified professional with solid experience in structural quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and cost control across construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in BOQs, quantity take-offs, interim payments, and final accounts
• Sound knowledge of structural drawings, specifications, and construction methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and related software
• Strong coordination and communication skills
