Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver full-stack software features from backend to frontend.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of development tasks and coordinate delivery with the Software Development Senior Supervisor.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into applications.
• Review code, write unit and integration tests, and ensure high-quality, secure software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while improving system performance.
• Mentor developers and support their technical growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Good knowledge of React or Angular.
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
