TRACO Engineering Industries is looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our team in New Cairo, Cairo for the following positions:

🔹 Technical Office – Architectural

🔹 Site – Architectural

🎓 Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Fine Arts or Applied Arts.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Technical Office or Site works.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drawings.
• Good understanding of technical details, measurements, and project requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.

🔹 Technical Office – Key Responsibilities • Prepare and review Shop Drawings, sections, and technical details for aluminum and façade works.

• Prepare Fabrication Drawings and Cutting Lists.
• Review project dimensions, openings, and site measurements before issuing final drawings.
• Prepare and review quantities according to approved drawings.
• Prepare Material Submittals and samples for consultant approval.
• Coordinate with Production, Execution, and Site teams to ensure drawings meet manufacturing and installation requirements.
• Prepare and issue manufacturing orders and technical documents to the factory.
• Handle technical inquiries and update drawings according to project modifications.
• Prepare As-Built Drawings when required.

🔹 Site – Key Responsibilities • Follow up on the execution of aluminum, façades, glass, and cladding works according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Supervise installation teams and subcontractors and monitor the quality of work.
• Coordinate with the Technical Office before and during execution.
• Take and verify site measurements.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to resolve technical and execution issues.
• Follow up on material and accessories deliveries according to the project schedule.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Monitor executed quantities and project progress.
• Follow up on inspections, quality requirements, and site observations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure that executed works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
