Full Stack Developer

👨💻 Full Stack Developer Requirements (Laravel Focus)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (mid-level, ~2 years experience) to join our team and work on our product development in a fast-paced, agile environment.

🧩 Required Skills & Experience

• Around 2 years of professional experience in full-stack or backend-focused development
• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel framework
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture design
• Comfortable with frontend development (basic to intermediate level) using tools such as:
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Strong experience using Git (branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews)

⚙️ DevOps & Deployment Knowledge

• Familiar with Docker and containerized environments
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Understands how deployment workflows work (staging vs production environments)
• Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues independently

📊 Development Process

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Familiar with Jira for task tracking and sprint management

Comfortable participating in

• Sprint planning
• Daily standups
• Code reviews
• Retrospectives

🧠 Soft Skills & Mindset

• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive and willing to research and learn new technologies when needed

• Experience with database design (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
