• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship features quickly and cleanly.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.
• Review code, mentor juniors, and uphold engineering best practices.
• Work on real-world products used by businesses daily—not side projects.
• *What We’re Looking For
• Ability to work independently and handle features/projects from start to finish with minimal guidance.
• 2–5 years

professional experience in web development.

• Strong expertise in
• *.NET Core (C#)**

and

• *ReactJS (Hooks, Context, State Mgmt)**

• Solid grasp of
• *REST APIs, SQL/Entity Framework, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)**

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
