Fullstack Team Lead (PHP - React.js)

About the role

We’re looking for a Full stack Tech lead to own code quality, technical decisions, and delivery across backend and frontend. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager and guide developers technically. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a cross-functional software engineering team.

Own technical architecture and decisions.

Review code and enforce best practices.

Support developers in solving technical issues.

Break down requirements into technical tasks and estimates.

Ensure quality and timely delivery before release.

Lead full-stack technical design and architectural decisions

Own backend and frontend code quality, scalability, and performance

Design and develop backend systems using PHP & Laravel

Lead frontend development using React.js & Next.js

Design and optimize MySQL databases

Review code, manage pull requests, and enforce Git workflows

Make system design decisions around scalability, caching, and trade-offs

Mentor engineers and support technical growth

Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver features efficiently Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience in leading a team.

6+ solid years of experience in the software engineering

Strong experience with PHP & Laravel.

Strong experience with React.js & Next.js.

Solid experience with RESTful APIs & MySQL. Strong knowledge of Git workflows & code reviews.

Solid system design understanding.
